YOUR IMPACT

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executive decision-making — taking on real ownership from the very beginning.

Here’s what you can expect:

Provide high-level support to the Management Board, including scheduling, travel management, and meeting preparation
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials that contribute directly to decision-making
Take ownership of your own projects and initiatives, gaining real autonomy from day one
Coordinate international operations and cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Collaborate with multiple teams, learning how complex, global tech businesses operate

THIS IS YOU

Strong communication skills in both English and German (C1/C2) — able to navigate complex conversations and manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
Prior experience in executive support, international coordination, or project management is beneficial but not mandatory
