We are seeking a System Administrator to join our IT Operations team, primarily focusing on Helpdesk support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Microsoft Intune, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, providing timely support to global users, and maintaining compliance with security and operational standards.
The position requires flexibility and willingness to work night shifts, supporting our international offices.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Provide L1/L2 Helpdesk support for global users across multiple time zones.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device onboarding, compliance, and application deployment.
  • Manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Handle Azure Active Directory tasks such as user provisioning, group management, MFA, and SSO.
  • Provide technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues for end users.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the IT helpdesk system.
  • Assist in automation of repetitive tasks and contribute to IT process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and operational standards.
  • Participate in shift rotations and be available for escalation during critical incidents.

THIS IS YOU

  •  3–5 years of experience in a System Administrator / Helpdesk role.
  •  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Office 365, and Azure AD administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira, Zammad, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of endpoint protection, patch management, and device compliance policies.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, firewalls, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours when required.
