YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Application Engineer to support, enhance, and develop solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Business Central, including AL development, extension management, system integration, and user support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and extensions within Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL language).
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
  • Provide day-to-day support for BC, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and delivering resolutions.
  • Maintain and optimize system performance, data integrity, and security.
  • Integrate Business Central with third-party systems, APIs, and external applications.
  • Assist in upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new modules and features.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes, customizations, and configurations.
  • Train end-users and provide technical support as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest BC updates and best practices.
THIS IS YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
  • Strong knowledge of AL development and the Business Central extension model.
  • Experience with system configuration, page/report design, and workflow setup.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Understanding of ERP processes in finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Business Central.
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments and SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps or version control tools (e.g., Git/Azure DevOps).
