EQS Group is seeking an experienced Engineer to join the Engineering team based in Boulogne-sur-Mer. This team works on the Privacy and Digital Ethics of the product portfolio coming from the recent Data Legal Drive acquisition by the EQS Group. The Senior Engineer missions include:

Working across all potential features and tasks part of the product roadmap and technical roadmap, including the most complex ones
Ensuring execution meets the expectation in terms of business and technical value
Helping the team to improve by having excellent communication skills with the rest of the team, creating and maintaining the appropriate technical documentation and being proactive in issues management

Structured in the squad model with an Engineering Manager/Product Manager/Product Designer trio, we are always looking for the next improvements and the biggest impacts.

Your mission

Bring your expertise and knowledge in the Privacy cockpit roadmap to build an evolutive and powerful solution. You’ll need to be involved in the roadmap and all the technical works it implies, so that we make the right decisions with the Engineering Manager and the rest of the team. Of course, without compromise on code quality and observability!
Have an efficient and effective communication regarding technical implementations. Be proactive, challenge ideas with the right mindset so that we always do our best to make the steps in the right direction
Be innovative and look for improvements everywhere. Everything we do as a team about methods, tools, technologies, everyone is a part along for the ride and can contribute.
