Customer Support Manager – Website Content Management (w/m/d)

In this role, you make sure our clients can publish their investor relations content and deliver their webcasts professionally, on time, and with outstanding quality. You contribute directly to strengthening our leading position in digital investor relations solutions in the German-speaking market.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our predominantly listed clients by acting as a central point of contact in Customer Support and ensuring reliable, professional service through our digital tools.
• Manage and quality-assure the content of investor relations websites for well-known companies.
• Plan and support virtual conference broadcasts for our clients, with a particular focus on audio and video webcasts.
• Use our in-house content management system and proprietary webcast platform to maintain content and coordinate webcast delivery.
• Work closely with our Newsroom, Project Management, Web Development, and Sales teams to create an excellent customer experience.

• You have a background in business, social sciences, communication, or a related field. We also welcome motivated career changers, graduates, and early-career professionals.
• You have strong communication skills and a clear service-oriented mindset, with genuine enjoyment in working with clients daily.
• You have very good German and English skills, both at least at B2 level.
• You are confident in using AI tools practically and responsibly to work more efficiently, structure content, and support processes.
• You have experience working with content management systems (CMS), as well as basic HTML knowledge.
• You have an interest in image and audio editing.
• You work in a structured, careful, and reliable way, even during busy periods.
