As part of our Global Customer Experience organization, the Renewals team plays a critical role in ensuring long-term customer continuity, recurring revenue predictability, and smooth contract governance across markets. As a Renewals Specialist, you will own the operational execution of customer renewals in a predominantly auto-renew environment, managing timelines, exceptions, and risk with precision. Working closely with Customer Success, Contracts Administration, Finance, and Legal, you will ensure renewals are accurate, timely, and aligned — enabling EQS to deliver a predictable, trustworthy customer experience at scale.
