We’re looking for an experienced Solution Consultant to join our presales team and serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers who are evaluating Compliance & Ethics software.

YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you'll play a key part in helping large, multi-national organizations design thoughtful, effective Compliance & Ethics solutions using our SaaS platform. During the Sales-cycle, you will partner with sellers to map prospective customer’s program needs to our product capabilities, and deliver tailored recommendations that drive real-world outcomes.

Beyond supporting sales efforts, you'll collaborate closely with teams across the business—sharing insights that shape our product roadmap, refining go-to-market strategy, and contributing to onboarding success. This is a consultative, cross-functional role ideal for someone who understands both the complexity of compliance programs and the opportunity technology provides to make them stronger, simpler, and more impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Consultation
    • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
    • Lead technical and functional discovery to align stakeholder needs with product capabilities.
    • Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and remove technical barriers to adoption.
    • Respond to RFPs and security reviews with precision and clarity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Provide feedback to Product based on field insights to influence roadmap direction.
    • Partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership.
    • Support the Implementation of our implementation and customer success teams by providing effective handoffs.
THIS IS YOU

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a compliance and ethics-related role—ideally within a corporate environment or SaaS company. 
  • Technical fluency: able to explain concepts like APIs and data integrations, and comfortable navigating software platforms and enterprise IT environments.
  • Deep understanding of ethics and compliance program challenges, priorities, and workflows.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage stakeholders from compliance officers to technical evaluators.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Languages proficiencies: fluent in both French & English
