YOUR IMPACT

Oversee the full billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
Manage accounts receivable, tracking overdue payments and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth billing operations and prompt resolution of client billing concerns.
Serve as a primary contact for customer billing inquiries, offering clear solutions and nurturing positive relationships.
Maintain high-quality data across CRM and accounting systems, ensuring integration and data accuracy.
Contribute to continuous improvement of billing processes, identifying and implementing efficiencies.
Assist the Sales team with understanding client accounts and billing nuances, creating opportunities for upselling or service expansion.

THIS IS YOU

You have at least 3 years of experience in billing , accounting or a related role, ideally within a customer-facing context.
You are proficient with Business Central, Dynamics, and Excel, with a solid understanding of billing and financial systems.

You have experience with international taxes and cross-border billing.
Experience in SaaS companies or similar industries is a plus.
Fluency in German (C2) and English is a must for clear communication with international clients.
Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and clients.
You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
You are eager to expand your skillset beyond accounting, with a strong interest in supporting Sales functions.
