YOUR IMPACT
As Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our organization by supporting our executives in their decision-making and facilitating effective communication and coordination across our operations by involving the right people at the right time.

Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute: 

  • Program manage some of the most critical elements of our global business. Interface with internal and external stakeholders to drive success in complex and strategic projects involving customers and all departments within the business.
  • Analyze, present, and conduct regular data-driven analyses and visual presentations on our products, markets, clients, and operating models to help us unlock, unblock, and drive growth.
  • Take ownership! Support the Management in day-to-day and strategic matters such as weekly and monthly reporting, performance management, Culture & People topics/recruiting, internal and external communication as well as events (e.g. team events, pitches, and speaking engagements).
  • Stronger together! Manage stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, including clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and fostering relationships.
  • Become trusted partner! Act as a point of contact for our US-based EQSers and partners, maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Get ready to grow! Participate in different corporate and individual development projects and drive ad hoc tasks.
THIS IS YOU
To succeed in this role, you should: 

  • Own a degree in Business, Finance, or Economics from a university/college and have first professional experience working on a global level, preferably with executive stakeholders.
  • Be passionate about SaaSEthics & Compliance, as well as enjoy staying up to date on market trends.
  • Have a proactive and hands-on mindset. Enjoy anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for improvement as well as taking initiative to drive results.
  • Be honest and an empathetic team player! We’re looking for someone who can collaborate and make sure everyone knows what they need to know at the right time.
  • Have strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills. You don't dwell on trivialities, have great attention to detail, and love to use data to justify your decisions.
  • Have proficient English skills and hold a US work permit; of course, we appreciate any further languages, too!
