YOUR IMPACT

As a Customer Billing Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the billing cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will also address billing-related inquiries, foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain up-to-date systems and records to optimize billing and payment processes. You will:

Ensure accurate and timely issuance of invoices, process customer payments, and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor overdue accounts, negotiate payments, and escalate unresolved cases as needed.
Educate customers on billing policies, resolve inquiries, and maintain professional communication.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline billing and collections.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, audit data quality, and ensure seamless integration with accounting tools.
Adhere to company policies and regulations, and provide management with detailed collection reports.

THIS IS YOU

You bring 5 years of professional experience, out of which 3 years in billing and 2 years in customer support services or sales or a similar role.
Proficient in using accounting software and databases (e.g., Business Central, Sage, SAP, or similar platforms).
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a must.
Experience with business application management and data integration between CRM and accounting platforms is highly desirable.
Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
You excel in written and verbal communication and have strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
You are detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Comfortable working independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
You approach challenges with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset, ensuring efficient and accurate billing processes.
