Are you ready to lead our global event strategy and enhance our community engagement for our Compliance SaaS products? If you're an experienced event manager with a proactive attitude and a passion for creating impactful experiences, we want you on our team! As Event Manager, you will be responsible for organizing our flagship events, including the upcoming European Compliance & Ethics Conference (ECEC). You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across various nationalities to ensure alignment with our marketing initiatives and business goals.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Lead the organization of our flagship eventsincluding the 6th European Compliance & Ethics Conference (ECEC)ensuring a seamless experience for participants and stakeholders through effective logistics management.
  • Strategically develop a diverse range of global online and offline event programs tailored to our core marketsaimed at driving lead generation and enhancing customer engagementupselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketingsalesproductcustomer success, Field Marketing, and Content—to create and implement event strategies that align with our global marketing initiatives and business goals.
  • For the ECEC, manage end-to-end event logisticsincluding vendor coordinationbudget management, and post-event analysisto optimize performance and ROI for this flagship event.
  • Drive community engagement by fostering relationships with attendeespartners, and industry leaderspositioning EQS Group as a thought leader in the compliance space.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance event experiencesincorporating feedback and best practices into future planning.
  • Develop and track performance metrics (KPIs) for all eventsproviding insightful reports and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate impact.
  • Ensure that all events reflect our corporate identity and branding guidelinesmaintaining consistency across all materials and communications.
  • Manage post-event follow-up activities, including surveys and feedback collectionto refine future strategies and enhance community relations.
THIS IS YOU
  • 3+ years of experience in event managementpreferably within the B2B SaaS sectorwith a strong focus on community building and engagement.
  • Exceptional project management skillswith a track record of executing events seamlessly while paying close attention to details that enhance participant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsenabling you to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersincluding partnerscustomers, and industry leaders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and track performance metrics (KPIs) for eventstranslating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated and proactivewith a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for creating impactful event experiences.
  • Attention to detail in planning and executing eventsensuring that all aspects align with corporate branding and identity guidelines while delivering a high-quality experience.
  • Adaptable and resourcefulable to think quickly and solve problems as they arise during the planning and execution of events.
  • Experience with event management tools and platformsincluding webinar software and community engagement technologies.
  • Fluency in German (C1) and Englishwith additional language skills considered a plus.
