YOUR IMPACT

Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of our internal control system as part of our compliance framework. 
Assist in controlled documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. 
Support the finance team in streamlining workflows and improving efficiency. 
Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to internal control policies.
Help identify areas for improvement within the internal control system and suggest solutions to optimize performance. 
Conduct research on best practices in internal controls and compliance.
An interest in compliance topics is a plus!

THIS IS YOU

You are enrolled at a German college or university, preferably in a relevant degree program (business administration, finance, economics, or another related field).  
Your way of working is structured, and you have an affinity for working with software.  
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in German (B2) and English. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.   
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge or coursework related to compliance or internal controls is a plus.
You are also interested in a long-term collaboration of up to 20 hours per week.
