YOUR IMPACT

Provide comprehensive support to our international clientele throughout the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) number application process.
Manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their requests.
Play an instrumental role in ensuring the compliance and success of our North American clients by assisting them in maintaining their LEI numbers.
Actively participate in the validation team issuing LEI numbers in over 140 countries.
Maintain close collaboration with our LEI leadership team based in New York to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

THIS IS YOU

Ongoing or completed studies in business, science, languages, or similar fields. Students are welcome!
You are attentive to detail, diligent in your work, and able to complete projects on time.
You're proficient in English and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong quality awareness with good time management.
You enjoy working in a team environment.
French language skills are a plus.
