YOUR IMPACT

Du konzipierst, realisierst und optimierst Inbound-Marketing-Kampagnen, die auf den lokalen Markt zugeschnitten sind. Dein Fokus liegt auf Lead-Generierung und Wachstumsstrategien, die sich an globalen Initiativen orientieren und gleichzeitig die deutsche und österreichische Zielgruppe effektiv ansprechen.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Durchführung lokaler Online- und Präsenz-Webinare/Veranstaltungen und arbeitest aktiv mit lokalen Partnern, Kunden und wichtigen Branchenakteuren zusammen, um die EQS Compliance Business Community in der Region zu etablieren und zu stärken.
Verwalte die gesamten Veranstaltungslogistik, von der Koordination der Anbieter bis zur Analyse nach der Veranstaltung, um eine nahtlose Durchführung unserer lokalen Veranstaltungen zu gewährleisten.
Plane und überwache alle lokalen Paid-Social- und Paid-Search-Aktivitäten (SEA) in Abstimmung mit dem globalen Performance-Marketing-Team, um maximale Wirkung zu erzielen.
Erstelle und übersetze Vertriebs- und Partnermaterialien, Marketing-Assets und Kommunikation, die auf den deutschen und österreichischen Markt zugeschnitten sind. Dazu gehören Verkaufspräsentationen, Produktblätter, Partnerpräsentationen, Fallstudien, Whitepapers, Newsletter etc.
Du bist verantwortlich für das Tracking, die Analyse und das Reporting von Performance-KPIs entlang des gesamten Lead Funnels und über relevante Plattformen und Kanäle, speziell für den deutschen und österreichischen Markt.
Führe regelmäßig Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und behalte den lokalen Compliance-Markt im Auge. Verstehe die lokalen rechtlichen Anforderungen, Branchentrends und Wettbewerberlandschaften, um strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen.
Arbeite eng mit den Vertriebsteams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Marketinginitiativen effektiv zur Lead-Konversion und Kundenakquise auf dem lokalen Markt beitragen.
Übernehme die Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und -überwachung für den deutschen und österreichischen Markt.

THIS IS YOU

Um erfolgreich zu sein solltest Du folgendes mitbringen:

3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing, vorzugsweise in einer Funktion im B2B SaaS-Sektor.
Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation, Journalismus oder einem verwandten Bereich.
Erfahrung in Thought-Leadership-Initiativen und Branchenvertretung.
Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Vertriebs- und Marketing-Tools wie Asana, HubSpot, CRM (Dynamics oder andere) und PowerPoint.
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Erstellung verschiedener Arten von Inhalten.
Strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Technologien und Konzepte in überzeugende, auf ein bestimmtes Ziel zugeschnittene Erzählungen zu übersetzen.
Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (Level C2), gute Englischkenntnisse (Level B2/C1).
Du gehst Deine Arbeit mit organisatorischer Präzision, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative an.

YOUR IMPACT

Devise, execute, and optimize inbound marketing campaigns tailored to the local market. Your focus will be on lead generation and growth strategies that align with global initiatives while resonating effectively with the German and Austrian audiences.
Take charge of planning and executing local online and in-person webinars/events, actively engaging with local partners, customers, and key industry players to establish and strengthen the EQS Compliance Business Community in the region.
Manage end-to-end event logistics, from vendor coordination to post-event analysis, ensuring seamless execution of our local events.
Plan and monitor all local paid social and paid search (SEA) activities, aligning efforts with the global performance marketing team for maximum impact.
Create and translate sales & partner enablement materials, marketing assets, and communications tailored to the German and Austrian markets. This includes sales presentations, product sheets, partner presentations, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters...
Be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance KPIs along the entire lead funnel and across relevant platforms and channels, specifically for the German and Austrian markets.
Conduct regular competitor analyses, keeping a close eye on the local compliance market. Understand local legal requirements, industry trends, and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure that marketing initiatives contribute effectively to lead conversion and customer acquisition in the local market.
Take ownership of budget planning and monitoring for the German and Austrian markets.

THIS IS YOU

3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a role within the B2B SaaS sector;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Experience in thought leadership initiatives and industry representation.
Have a foundation using sales and marketing tools like Asana, HubSpot, CRM (Dynamics or others), and PowerPoint.
Proven expertise in crafting various types of content.
Strategic thinking and ability to translate complex technology and concepts into compelling narratives tailored to a specific target.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Fluent German speaker, proficiency in English.
You approach your work with organizational precision, autonomy, and a proactive spirit.
