YOUR IMPACT
As a
Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will develop and manage product marketing campaigns to promote our Compliance Management Platform, “Compliance COCKPIT,” across all global markets – and thus help us shine brighter. You will be crucial in driving the success of our products and influencing our market presence.
From crafting compelling messaging to coordinating product launches, you will be an essential part of our marketing team. Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute:
- Develop, oversee, and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, coordinating efforts across diverse teams to craft impactful launch assets.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and report on the success of product marketing initiatives, consistently refining and enhancing strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint target markets, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes. Create compelling value propositions, refine product positioning, and craft messaging that resonates with our intended audience.
- Innovatively produce captivating collateral and website content, effectively conveying the unique value of our products.
- Foster close collaboration with the sales team, contributing to the development of impactful sales enablement tools, including presentations, case studies, and demos.
- Coordinate key product events and curate content for various occasions, encompassing product webinars and demonstrations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the broader marketing team to generate original thought leadership content, spanning blogs, white papers, webinars, and more.
- Act as a vital liaison between the marketing department and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
THIS IS YOU
To succeed in this role you should:
- Have several years of professional experience, a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, in product marketing or customer marketing roles.
- Possess a strategic mindset, demonstrating an ability to think strategically in approaching product marketing challenges.
- Showcase a proven track record of successfully launching products and effectively driving their adoption in the market.
- Exhibit strong storytelling skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives to engage and resonate with target audiences.
- Demonstrate the capability to work independently, efficiently executing cross-functional projects, including but not limited to new content creation, customer webinars, case studies, and product demo webinars.
- As a fluent speaker of English, you'll have the chance to work closely with stakeholders and collaborate across teams in a dynamic and exciting industry.
- Previous experience in the compliance management market or similar industries is a plus, but if you're a motivated individual with a hands-on attitude, we want to hear from you ASAP!
